Women are increasingly shaping the future of this profession – with passion, knowledge, and commitment. That’s why initiatives like the 5th National Congress of Women in Veterinary Medicine, where we had the pleasure to be both a partner and participant, are so important.

This year’s Congress was held under the themes: Growth. Integration. Motivation. We gained valuable insights from discussions about team wellbeing, leadership, and the quality of animal care – topics especially close to our hearts.
