  1. The Controller of personal data is Laboratorium DermaPharm sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Business Division of the National Court Register, under KRS [National Court Register] No. 0000130068, NIP [VAT] No. 527-020-30-00, REGON [National Official Business Register] No. 010197176. Personal data is processed in order to respond to the persons who made inquiries via the contact form on the website.
  2. Users have the possibility to view and update data concerning them. The provision of data is voluntary, although it is necessary to achieve the objectives indicated above.
  3. The data collected is an e-mail address or a phone number.
  4. The data shall be processed for no longer than 12 weeks and shall then be permanently deleted.
  5. The Controller shall be entitled to disclose personal data controlled by it only to entities authorised under applicable law. In some situations, we may transfer personal data to third parties who cooperate with us, performing duties related to the purpose of the processing or processing of personal data (processors), and these will be IT service providers. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

  9. “Cookies” are used to simplify or enable a given operation, including but not limited to remembering the data necessary to better adjust the Website to the User’s needs, creating viewing statistics. The condition for “cookies” to work is their acceptance by the browser and not deleting them.

In accordance with the legal regulations on the protection of personal data and to the extent provided for in those regulations, the Users shall have the right to access their personal data, the right to rectify them, delete or limit the processing and the right to data transfer. Where data are processed on the basis of consent to the processing of personal data, consent may be withdrawn at any time, but this will not affect the processing that took place before the withdrawal.
  11. The User shall have the right to object to the processing of personal data and shall have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
